Apple Strudel

1 sheet puff pastry 1 1/2 red apples (peeled& sliced)
1 cup frozen cranberries (I would use craisins next time)
lemon juice cinnamon vanilla sugar/castor sugar
1 egg
? Unfold puff pastry
? Oven temp (temp on package) probably 400 or 420 deg
? Lightly saute in pan slices of apples till soft. Add cranberries and cinnamon and sugar to taste
? Spread down centre of pasty which has been brushed with lemon juice
? Fold up pastry, egg wash and bake till brown
