1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
2 eggs
4-5 green apples
4 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
slice the apples thinly, add sugar and cinnamon. separately, mix the other ingredients together.
pour 1/3 of the batter into a pan, on top of that put a layer of apples, then pour the rest of the batter on top. bake for 50 min. at 180 degrees,
