Chocolate Cake
Yael - MMY
2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk (I use almond milk)
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup boiling hot water
Mix and cook at 350 for 35-50 minutes ( depending on how gooey you want it)
Icing:
1-2 cups Confectioners sugar (Icing sugar)
Drop of oil
Drop of vanilla
Boiling water- add slowly and mix until you get the right consistency. You want it to be thick
